Boulder Creek Commons is a proposed neighborhood development project
which will deliver affordable senior housing residences and market-rate
family home sites on a 23-acre land parcel in Boulder, Colorado. The
Boulder Creek Commons concept plan focuses on a pedestrian-oriented
design of trails and sidewalks to create a truly open space neighborhood. Trails
wind through the single-family home clusters with small gardens and
pocket parks throughout the neighborhood. The current site plan allows
for seventy-three 4,500 to 6,000 square foot home sites. The
affordable senior housing component will feature two separate buildings,
each with thirty-two residences and within close walking distance to
the East Boulder Senior Center. |
