Country Club Plaza is considered by the Urban Land Institute to be one of the
premier urban locations nationally and is Kansas City’s most exclusive shopping
and entertainment district. The dynamic 15-block district boasts more than 150
shops, dozens of fine restaurants, and a lively year-round calendar of music
and special events.
MacKenzie House targeted the area for growth as one of the few multifamily
markets today more than 95% occupied, with diminishing rental inventory due
to wide-scale conversions to condominiums. Our 45
Madison development, a
132-unit luxury apartment building, is the only newly constructed rental property
in the area and exemplifies MacKenzie House's focus on properties designed
to remain relevant for many years in the marketplace.
Including 45 Madison, MacKenzie House has developed five distinct yet complementary
